Orders are dispatched from our facility at Unit 312, Solaris 2, Saki Vihar Road, Andheri East, Mumbai 400072. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp at dispatch.
Payment
Orders are placed on WhatsApp or by phone. We confirm the batch and send a UPI link or bank details before dispatch. Cash on delivery is available within Mumbai. A GST invoice is issued on request for every order and automatically for all trade orders.
The purity guarantee
If saffron bought from us fails a standard purity test, we refund the order in full. Send a photograph or a short video of the water test to our WhatsApp number within seven days of delivery. We do not require the product to be returned before refunding a purity claim.
This is deliberately easier than a normal returns process. A guarantee that is difficult to claim is not a guarantee.
Damage in transit
Report breakage or tampering within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and the contents. We replace or refund. Glass jars occasionally do not survive courier handling and that is our cost, not yours.
Change of mind
Unopened, seal-intact packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund less return shipping. Opened packs cannot be returned unless the claim is a purity claim, because saffron is a food product and we cannot resell an opened jar.
Bulk and trade orders
Trade consignments are inspected and accepted at collection or delivery. Purity claims on trade orders follow the same process and the same guarantee. Quantities above 250 g may be dispatched in stages by agreement.
